Session One



- Get introduced to the incredible transforming experience of Small Universe QiGong theory & practice


- Learn the complete natural breath


- Intro to waking the Qi & Rhythms of the universe


- Waking the Qi QiGong exercises


- Learning to connect deeply and with insight to your body


- Stance training for Small Universe QiGong






Session Two



- Connect to your organs & feel into what they need to be healthy and full of vitality


- Intro to 12 Rivers QiGong


- Learn the 12 Rivers QiGong exercises in detail


- Learn about your organ meridians, the rivers of energy flowing through you.


- Deepen your understanding of Qi (energy) locks and how to use them


- Learn a standing meditation to release and. let go of long held stress & tensions in your muscles, bones & organs


- learn key acupressure points on each meridian to release stagnant energy while also bringing more balance & harmony into all your organs


- 12 Rivers breathing patterns : principles & variations


- Variations of 12 Rivers exercises, exploring yin & yang in the 12 rivers, the meridian clock


- therapeutic applications of 12 rivers, e.g how to apply your learning to digestive & stomach issues.



SESSION Three





- Learn a small universe meditation to align harmonize the 3 Dantiens ( the 3 energy centers)


- Intro to 'Between heaven & Earth QiGong'


- Dive deeply into your 8 extraordinary meridians, the ocean currents within you.


- Activating the center


- Expanding and spreading the energy in your energy field


- Microcosmic orbit : the channels that circulate your life energy


- exploring your connection to heaven & earth


- Practice strengthening & clearing your energy fields


- Energy field meditation & interaction between energy fields





SESSION Four





- Intro to enter the flow


- QiGong walking


- Vibration meditation


- Learn the many ways to enter the flow : playing with waves, empty & full, stir the mist, playing with ball, float & soar, freestyle etc


- Learn the stillness meditation


- Learn how to practice the small universe qigong cycle and variations to explore in practice or teaching.
